Work With Me

What to Expect

When I become your coach, your goals become my goals. I’ll take you on a journey, asking you thought-provoking questions and presenting you with growth-promoting challenges, all while offering my support, experience, and honest feedback.

Together, we’ll examine the three main areas of your life: your work, your relationships, and your personal life. We’ll dive into the past, present, and future, exploring how each aspect of your life affects the others. Before you know it, your perspective will begin to shift and we’ll start uncovering all the possibilities that lie ahead of you. With genuine excitement in hand, we’ll set goals, work through challenges and build confidence that will allow you to realize your full potential.

My Approach

Holistic

I believe that in order to achieve genuine, lasting change, coaching needs to take a developmental and holistic approach. Together, we’ll examine your whole self through many lenses - your values, your culture, and your roles - in order to uncover self-imposed limitations and reveal unique opportunities.

Adaptive

Coaching addresses the person, not the problem. Throughout our time together, you will learn new things about yourself and your capabilities. These lessons can be adapted to changing circumstances and environments. My goal is to help you develop the skills to gracefully tackle any situation well after our time together has ended.

Self-reliant

Only you know how to fix your problems, implement change, and improve your life. It is my job to listen, challenge, reflect, and hold you accountable to the changes you want to make. Coaching can be seen as a confidence-building exercise where you get the tools you need to start making changes with courage.

Respectful

Productive growth and commitment to action thrive in environments that are respectful, safe, and judgement-free. I believe coaching should be a partnership of equals with a shared goal. In order to support such an environment, all our coaching sessions will be confidential.
